What personal information we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymous string, created from your email address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page can be found here: After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.


If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location data. Site visitors can download images from the site and view location information.

  • Customer information, such as your name, email address, shipping and payment information.

WPML Media Translation

WPML Media Translation will send the email address and name of each manager and translator assigned as well as the content itself to the Advanced Translation Editor and the translation services used.

WooCommerce Multilingual

WooCommerce Multilingual will use cookies to understand the basket info when using languages in domains and to transfer data between the domains.

WooCommerce Multilingual will also use cookies to identify the language and currency of each customer’s order as well as the currency of the reports created by WooCommerce. WooCommerce Multilingual extends these reports by adding the currency’s information.

WPML Translation Management

WPML Translation Management will send the email address and name of each manager, assigned translator as well as the content itself to the Advanced Translation Editor and user translation services.
